Bootcamp is a great way to get motivated and get your body in top physical shape, fast! They are done in groups and often do not require much more than a pair of running shoes and the will to push yourself to the limit.

 

Classes are held for groups of 4-10 people. Each Bootcamp runs for:

 

4-weeks at 3-classes per week

or

6-weeks at 2-classes per week

 

Bootcamps will be held outdoors at a local park from May-September, and indoors from October-April.
